Tour cancellation policy:

• Cancellation requests must be communicated in a timely manner by email to the address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• The customer does not pay any penalty if he cancels up to 24 hours before the start of the tour
• The customer pays 100% of the cost of the tour if he cancels within 24 hours before the start of the tour, if he doesn’t show up or arrives late
